Contains 2 smudge sticks
Sage comes from the Latin word “salvia,” which means, “to feel healthy.” Native Americans and other indigenous peoples have burned sage for centuries as part of a spiritual ritual to cleanse the energy of a person or space, and to promote healing and wisdom.
To Use: Tilt the smudge stick at a 45 degree angle and light the end of it. Once embers appear, blow out the flame, allowing your smudge sticks to smoke gently like an incense.
It’s ideal to open a window, or door during your smudging ritual, and circulate around the space you intend to cleanse.
Place the burning smudge stick in the bowl so that it collects the ashes as it burns.
